Log-in passwords with different access levels help to minimize employee theft and to uncover customer theft. Detailed and itemized X- and Z-Journals tell them exactly what and how much they have sold at the end of each business day. They also provide statistical data to tell them how well their business is doing and where improvements can be made. Standard and advanced inventory reports give customers the value of their entire inventory. The Out-of-Stock report lists every item which is at or below its reorder point to help prevent lost sales. Item Profit reports tell them how much profit individual items contribute over a certain time period and help them identify slow moving items. Customers can even print out monthly, quarterly, year-to-date, last year or special period financial reports for the past 25 months giving them sales, taxes, profits etc..   Data integrity is a priority issue in Sales & Inventory Manager. After each change of the database, the program automatically makes a backup copy of the database file under a different name.
