Please note if a loading dock or forklift are not available to unload the truck at the destination.  A liftgate will be needed! Once an item is shipped a tracking number can be given by request.   All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable. No shipments with the US Postal Service or to PO Boxes or overseas APO/FPO Military addresses.     Return Policy   Although we do our best to describe every item as accurately as possible, returns are only authorized for items that may have been misrepresented in the item description or were not working upon arrival. A Pre-Authorization RMA must be obtained, no exceptions. Product recieved back without an RMA will be refused. You must contact us within 5 business days after receiving the product and the item must be returned to us within 10 business days.   We will try to troubleshoot any problems before a return of a DOA or defective product. DOA or defective products will be replaced for exact items only if in stock or a refund will be issued.
