Description We have for auction the rarely available Nikon Coolscan 9000 ED in its original box, never opened. The scanner is great for 35mm slides and negatives, and even medium format 120, 220 film. Our business, DiJiFi LLC (www.dijifi.com), purchased two of these scanners in October from B&H Photo here in New York City. A copy of the original receipt will be provided for any claims on the 1 year warranty, which lasts until October 2009. For our large-scale scanning project we opened one of the scanners and performed 1 test (this scanner is also listed on Ebay) and determined we would use the smaller Nikon scanners for efficiency purposes. These 9000 model scanners produce amazing images, and are quite fast, but do not fit our very specialized needs for the project.
