Description
Buyer beware, if you are considering the purchase of any Razor or other used predictive dialer: On this specific unit we are paying the manufacturer over $7,000.00 to update this system to the most recent version of software, transfer the licenses to you, assist you in remote installation of the dialer and assist you with any questions your call center may have for the first 30 days and this Razor predictive offers a warranty on all of the parts. This specific model has every available option from the manufacturer. If you purchase a dialer without the technical support from the manufacturer there is no guarantee that it will work and most, if not all of the dialer companies will charge you thousands of dollars to relicense the product. You are bidding on a used 24 agent Razor call center software system (predictive dialer) by Orion Communications. I replaced the host computer with a BRAND NEW agent computer from Dell with 3 gigs of ram and an Intel Dual Core processor. I have sent the host computer to the manufacturer and they are loading the most recent version of the Razor predictive dialer software. The host computer has an operating system of Windows XP Pro, uses SQL Express for the database and has the remainder of a 12 month warranty from Dell. This unit is for connection to two (2) PRI T1's. Unit can be converted to run on analog lines. This is a great bargain for a predictive dialer with tons of features like: IVR, autodialing, robo calling, branched scripting, silent, barge and coach monitoring, digital voice recording, transfer, conference, True First Hello and more! USB memory card with most recent version of Razor agent software. You will insert this into a usb port of each agent computer then drag an icon from the Windows screen that pops up and click and drag the picture to the desktop of your agent computer after plugging in all of the cables and then your agent computers will be ready to use. Host computer with most recent version of Razor Call Center Software. This is a brand new host computer that we purchase from Dell pre-loaded with Microsoft XP Pro and have shipped to Razor. Once you purchase the system we have them load their MOST RECENT VERSION of their software onto the host computer. If you would like to upgrade to a Server computer then you may for about $800. These computers come with a full 12 month warranty from the date of purchase from Dell. Quintum DX 2048 series router complete with a 6 month warranty. This is where you will plug 24 regular analog telephone lines from your phone company into. It's really simple and takes about 5 minutes to complete. You can set the Quintum router anywhere and then just connect it to your network switch by using one of the cables we supply in this auction. This allows you to place the Quintum router up to 50' away from the rest of your system so that you can place it where your telephone company installs your phone lines. Two (2) 16 port SMC unmanaged network switches. This is where you will connect all of your agent stations to so that you can hear the customers voice and see their information and the script on your agent computer (agent computer and headsets not included). Here is a list of everything you will need to supply: 24 or more computers, keyboards and mice. Computers must have Windows 2000 or new operating system, 256 megs of ram, 10 gb hard drive, usb drive and network card. You will be able to have 8 telemarketers logged into the system at any time. Managers or supervisors do not take an agent station. For example if you would like to have 8 marketers, 2 supervisors who will be listening plus one new agent to train by listening to other agents then you would need 11 agent computers. 25 or more computer monitors (screens). You will need one monitor for each agent computer, manager computer and the host computer. Only the host computer is included. 24 agent headsets.
